Customized art

Explanation of collaboration

In today’s society, customization is becoming increasingly important. Personalization and control over aspects such as colors, a logo, the size of the work, or special effects are valued. Both the business market and individuals like to be involved in the process.

Through the custom work concept, collaboration is key. A customized painting is ideal for stylists and interior designers, as well as architects, office designers or the hospitality industry.

How does collaboration work:

  • We schedule a meeting (can be digital)
  • The client provides some direction and references existing work from the portfolio
  • The client suggests elements – colors, symbols, the size of the desired painting, possibly a sketch or special effects
  • A preliminary design in rough sketch is provided with a reference to existing work. This gives a good idea of how the painting (or details) will roughly look
  • We engage in discussion – the design is adjusted if necessary
  • Upon approval of the design, we start
  • You receive updates, and we discuss when the work will be completed
  • Through updates, you will be informed about the progress, and adjustments can be made if necessary (work can be modified)

Examples of custom work

Martha Flora

Martha Flora is a nursing home for people with dementia. Care and quality are held in high regard. The colors of their logo were used for this painting, and the name Martha Flora is subtly incorporated into the artwork. You can see this logo in the bottom left corner. It is created with transparent white and silver paint.

Welcome Little One!

The birth of your child is special. And how nice is it when you can hang a painting that is specially made for your baby or for your family. You can have the baby’s first initial placed in a painting, but you can also incorporate the parents’ initials into the artwork. A painting like this can also be a beautiful baby shower gift.

Foster Consulting

Foster Consulting is specialised in the human side of digital change. This is a painting of a logo. The client wanted their logo prominently displayed on the painting.

The challenge lay in the background. Careful consideration was given to the company’s website, and details from the company’s homepage were incorporated into the background of the painting.

Witch Please

Wich Please is a company that specializes in all things spiritual, ranging from products like incense and tarot cards to spiritual sessions. The company is owned by Maxine, who is also an active blogger. Caroline created a painting based on the logo and the sentiment of Wich Please. You can see the nine leaves from the Wich Please logo in the painting. Magic takes the forefront by making the magical hands the main focus. The background is purple. The color purple represents trusting your own intuition; it is associated with spirituality, meditation, and silence.
